He is very smart and is able to concentrate exceptionally well. He is also very athletic and loves to play all kinds of different sports. Meet Charles! 

Charles is a kind-hearted 4 year old boy who needs a family who can provide him with the care he needs. He is diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy and has a cognitive disorder. He will need ongoing occupational therapy and cognitive therapy to help him develop properly. He is sweet and loves to play outside in the park. Say hello to Jacob*! 

Jacob is an adorable 8 year old boy who loves the outdoors. He is a happy boy who loves playing with his superhero toys and participating in arts and crafts. He loves to ride his bike outside and has started to enjoy playing various sports. He has ADD and therefore has some trouble with concentrating but is otherwise a playful, healthy boy who just needs a family to take him home and help him thrive!

Cara is a sweet 6 year old girl who needs a home. She is very expressive and is always sweet to others. She is hardly ever shy and she always follows the rules given to her.
