Meet Charles!
Charles is a kind-hearted 4 year old boy who needs a family who can provide him with the care he needs. He is diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy and has a cognitive disorder. He will need ongoing occupational therapy and cognitive therapy to help him develop properly. He is sweet and loves to play outside in the park.
